MUSIC FOR PLANTS is a collection of musical pieces specially composed to elevate the experience of caring for our plants.
Sounds of nature mixed with synthesizers recreate soundscapes that induce us to meditate and connect with our surroundings and with ourselves. A sensory introspection accompanied by our plants.
In Nature & Synths Vol.1, we will listen to nature sounds recorded during the early morning in the Trat region of Thailand. These field recordings are mixed and dialogue with free improvisations made with synthesizers and other musical instruments.

Music for Plants Collection has been especially composed for Amalüe Leith by Lucas Bolaño, a musician, producer and artist based in Madrid. He is part of several musical international projects of pop and sound experimentation such as ''In-Sonora'', Residencias Red Bull Matadero Madrid, ''Sound In'', Intersticios Sonoros (Colombia), Campos de Sonido - Sierra Centro de Arte , Mercurio Festival (Sicily) or CRA Matadero Madrid).
He has released records on different labels such as Sonido Muchacho, Discos Walden, Caballito Records, Discos Garibaldi, Solid Tapes or Popmuzik (Fukuoka, Japan), netlabels such as Audiotalaia and many other self-published ones. His most experimental facet is developed from field recordings, guitars, synthesizers and the manipulation of sound, generating a kind of instrumental collages that move between minimalism and soundscape.
Currently his activity moves between teaching sound, music production and sound design for audiovisual projects within the field of art and advertising.

The sizes of the planters are:

Are the planters suitable for outdoors?
My plant pots have a protective lacquer that makes them waterproof and protects the paint, however they are thought to be for indoor use only and the paint could eventually fade or fail depending of how harsh is the exposition to the weather and the sun.
Do I need to pay import duties, customs or extra taxes after placing my order?
All duties and taxes in orders to UK * , USA, Australia, New Zealand & Norway* are included in the final price at checkout. Etsy collects the import taxes and VAT for these countries.
* UK: In orders up to £135
* Norway: In orders up to €295
Orders from the EU are exempt of import duties.
Is it the packaging recyclabe? What should I do with it?
Yes, all the packaging I use is completely recyclable ( and already made with recycled materials). It is all made of kraft paper or cardboard, including the wrapping, boxes and tapes. It should be easy to dispose it all together at your nearest paper-cardboard recycling bin, so the recycle-reuse cycle continues.
Ultimately, all the packaging is also compostable and biodegradable.
